The agreement between Raizn and the merchants who sell with it — in plain words.
Who we are
Raizn Commerce is run by Raizn L.L.C-FZ ("Raizn", "we"). These terms are the agreement between Raizn and you, the merchant who opens a store. By creating a store you accept them.
The service
Raizn Commerce gives you an online store that takes cash-on-delivery orders, an admin to confirm and ship them, WhatsApp messages to your customers, a record of the cash your couriers collect, and reports. We keep improving it, so features may change; we will not remove something your plan depends on without telling you first.
Your account
You sign in with your WhatsApp number. Keep it secure and only invite people you trust to your team — you are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
What you may sell
You may sell only products you are allowed to sell where your customers live. No counterfeit or stolen goods, weapons, drugs, adult content, or anything that breaks the law or Meta's commerce rules. You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, taxes, deliveries, returns and for treating your customers fairly.
Your customers and their data
Your products, orders and customer details belong to you, and you can export them at any time. We process your customers' data only to run your store, as set out in our data processing agreement. Use it only to serve your customers — never to spam or sell it.
WhatsApp and other services
WhatsApp messages are sent through Meta, under Meta's terms, from your own number once it is connected. Couriers, ad platforms and other services you connect work under their own terms; we pass them only what the connection needs.
Fees and the free trial
New stores start with a free trial. Paid plans and their prices are shown on our pricing page. We will never charge you without telling you the price first and getting your agreement.
Suspending or closing a store
You can close your store at any time and take your data with you. We may suspend a store that breaks these terms, the law or Meta's rules, or that puts customers at risk — where we can, we tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it.
Liability, changes and law
We work hard to keep the service running, but it is provided as it is, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing here removes rights the law gives you. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
