The trial
14 days on the full Growth plan — confirmation queue, remittance ledger, ROAS on delivered cash, all of it. No card. We switch it on with you over WhatsApp.
Tax and currency
Prices exclude VAT or sales tax where it applies. JOD and IQD display at your store's rate, and that rate is stamped on the invoice — the number on the invoice is the number you pay.
Pricing questions, answered straight
Do I need a credit card?
No. The trial asks for your WhatsApp number and nothing else. When you subscribe, we invoice you — bank transfer or cash, recorded against the invoice. No card on file, ever.
What counts as a delivered order?
An order that reached the delivered or cash-collected state — the customer took it and the money moved. We meter them nightly, each order counted once by its ID, never double-counted. Refused, returned and cancelled orders are not billed.
What happens when I pass my included orders?
You keep selling. Extra delivered orders bill at your plan's per-order rate — $0.04 on Launch, $0.03 on Growth, $0.02 on Scale — on the same invoice. Nothing throttled, nothing cut off.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, both directions. Moving up applies right away; moving down applies from the next billing period. Included orders and the overage rate follow the new plan from the day it applies.
If I pay annually and leave early, do I get a refund?
Yes. We refund the full unused months — the two free months are the discount, not a lock-in. Ask on WhatsApp and it's handled in the same thread.
What happens to my store if I miss an invoice?
Your storefront keeps selling. Your admin goes read-only until it is settled.
Is my data mine? Can I export it?
Yours, and exportable. Orders, customers and the ledger download as CSV from the admin, and the full database is yours on request if you leave.
Do I keep my domain and my theme?
Both. Your domain moves to the new store, your design moves as it is, and your links and Google ranking come with you. We run both stores side by side until the numbers match.
Which couriers do you work with?
The ones you already use. Courier remittance imports match against the ledger whatever the courier's format, and dispatch is built for the couriers Jordanian and Iraqi brands actually ship with.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business number?
Yes — your own WhatsApp Business number, on every plan. Your customers talk to your brand, not to ours, and the number stays yours if you ever leave.
How long does migration from Shopify take?
Days, not months. Theme, products, customers and order history move first; we then run both stores side by side until the numbers match, and switch over on a call with you.
Do you work in Iraq?
Yes — Iraq is a core market, not a workaround. Your own IQD rate per store with effective dates, cash rounded to the nearest 250, every governorate in the address form, Arabic first.
